Sueños y Esperanzas Foundation

Sueños y Esperanzas Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2005. Its mission is to give a new chance of life to boys and girls between the ages of 0-10 that have suffered abuse or abandonment from their parents. 



For the last three years, Gordian Staffing has been an active sponsor of Sueños y Esperanzas by donating $50,000 MXN a month, which helps to support 5 children. 

Smile Train

 Smile Train was founded more than 20 years ago and is the world’s largest cleft-focused organization, supporting safe and quality cleft care for 1.5+ million children. Every month, Gordian Staffing sponsors 4 cleft surgeries. 

The Shoe That Grows

The Shoe That Grows has 5x the impact of an ordinary shoe because it expands 5 sizes and lasts for years. Gordian Staffing donates $1,000 USD (or 50 shoes) monthly, plus one pair of shoes for every remote team member we hire, given to a child in Mexico.

Set Me Free Project

The Set Me Free Project aims to stop human trafficking before it starts by providing prevention education. Gordian Staffing contributes $500 USD each month to fund lesson plans for children and vulnerable adults so they can learn the tools and strategies used to identify human trafficking.
