The CAM FOUNDATIONS training program is designed to equip all Gordian Staffing employees with essential knowledge and skills related to Community Association Management (HOA management). As the foundational course in a comprehensive 30-day Learning Path, CAM FOUNDATIONS is structured into five core modules, each delivered over five consecutive days during the first week. The course provides a step-by-step approach to understanding the intricacies of HOA operations, governance, financial management, and protection policies.

Extended Learning Path

After completing CAM FOUNDATIONS in the first week, participants will move on to the next phase of the 30-day Learning Path. During weeks 2 through 4, the focus shifts to mastering a variety of professional and personal development skills to help participants grow within their roles and better serve their clients. All the remaining activities for the following weeks do not exceed a 30-minute estimated time span to complete the goal.

  • Where are your offices located?

    Our main office is located in Guadalajara, in Av. Juan Palomar y Arias 567, Col. Monraz, and our second branch is in CDMX, located in Av. Paseo de la Reforma 222-PISO 1 y 18, Juárez, Col. Cuauhtémoc.

  • What’s the difference between a staffing company and outsourcing?

    We believe in our employees building their professional careers with us; our focus is on offering long-term employment opportunities. We don’t work per project or for a set amount of time: our trial period is focused on your adaptation for a long-term position.

  • What benefits do you offer?

    We offer all of our employees, from day 1, all the benefits by law, and the following above-law benefits: 30-days of Christmas Bonus and Major Medical Insurance. After the 3-month probation period, if you earn your permanent contract with us, you’ll get these additional above-law benefits: Minor Medical Insurance (hospital coverage depends on the city you reside), Food tickets (10% of your salary or cap according to law), Restaurant Tickets (2,000 MXN per month), and a Savings Fund of 8% (cap according to law).

  • Do I need to bring my computer equipment?

    No, Gordian Staffing will provide you with all the necessary equipment to perform your job functions. We assign you a laptop, monitor, headset, and other essential computer equipment.

  • What happens if my power or internet connection goes off?

    It varies depending on where you’re located. In our Guadalajara offices, you can come work at our office or use the coworking space in the building in case of having issues with your internet connection, but there’s currently no coworking space available in our CDMX offices.

  • Do I have a fixed schedule?

    Yes, and your schedule will vary depending on your client’s needs. We have an employee portal available where you can see your assigned schedule, as well as your holidays and vacation days.

  • Are there opportunities to grow in the company?

  • Will I receive training?

    Yes, your client will provide you with all the tools necessary to perform at your job and grow as a professional. You can reach out to us if you feel like you aren’t receiving enough training so we can help you.

  • Can I go live overseas or move to another state while I’m working as an RTM in Gordian?

    We need you to be located in the address you provided for us and be within reach for any situation in which you need to come to the office (internet failure, lending of additional computer equipment, renewal of contract, etc.). If you change states, you need to let us know your updated address so that we can make the corresponding changes with IMSS.

  • Are there opportunities to interact with the HR team or other remote team members?

    Of course! We love to get together with our team. Last year, we organized a Christmas Party for all our remote team members, and we plan to continue this tradition; we also keep in contact with our Remote Team Members via email or phone. We’ve recently implemented our Employee Monthly Newsletter as well, where we share company news and celebrate our employees.
