Gordian Staffing: Built on Vision and Innovation
Gordian Staffing was born out of my personal journey through one of the most challenging times of my life. As a business owner, I found myself overwhelmed and dealing with poor partnerships, crushing debt, and a relentless 85-90 hour workweek. I struggled to hire the right talent and lacked the resources to improve the situation.
Despite the constant pressure and mounting stress, a breakthrough came when I hired remote staff in Mexico. The cost savings allowed me to build a reliable team, giving me the time to focus on stabilizing the business. Gradually, the company turned around, and I learned firsthand how the right people and processes can transform a business. Within two years, we eliminated all debt, improved operations, and started focusing on growth. We built a profitable business and created an environment where employees were valued and supported. The experience taught me invaluable lessons that I now want to share with other business owners facing similar challenges.
