Martin Ortiz is the Client Services Manager at Gordian Staffing, where he leads the Mexico-based Client Services team and ensures seamless collaboration between clients, HR, and Talent Acquisition. He specializes in aligning operations, strengthening communication, and delivering transparent, high-quality client experiences. 


Martin brings a diverse professional background spanning education, government, real estate, staffing, and customer experience. He began his career as an English teacher and later served as Head of the Social Development Department in his native Aguascalientes, Mexico, cultivating a collaborative, community-oriented leadership style. 


Before joining Gordian, Martin built extensive expertise in real estate and property management, transitioning from B2C to B2B roles. He served as a transaction coordinator for multiple real estate agents and later in property management sales, developing a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of complex service offerings. 


For over three years at Gordian Staffing, Martin has been instrumental in rolling out new internal systems, standardizing processes, and evolving the Client Services department. He currently manages a team of five, including two Client Services Managers and two Staffing Coordinators, with a focus on cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. 


Martin holds degrees in Developmental Psychology (Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes) and Sports Science (Universidad La Concordia), with additional studies in Human Capital Development (Universidad Panamericana) and Customer Experience Strategy (Columbia University). 


Known for his solution-driven, empathetic leadership, Martin fosters open communication, collaboration, and a culture where teams feel supported and empowered. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, movies, and quality time with his wife, María, and their schnauzer, Pepper.
