Her background spans training and development, recruitment, payroll, legal support, and employee services, giving her a comprehensive and strategic view of workforce operations. 

Lourdes has completed advanced certification programs in management skills, legal implications and regulatory changes in Mexico, and strategic planning. She also plays an active role in HR partner forums, where she helps guide organizations through critical HR processes such as job description design, performance evaluations, and annual training program development.
